Privacy

You do not need to create an account. We do not publish, sell, or intentionally save your draft as a saved history.

Your input is used to generate your eulogy draft. Please do not include anything you are not comfortable processing through an AI service.

Before using the draft, review all names, dates, relationships, and details carefully.

What we store, and for how long

When you generate a preview, we extract a short structured summary of your input (names, dates, memories, tone, and similar) and store that summary, together with the preview and — once you have paid — the full draft. We do not store the raw text you pasted into the brain-dump field.

Session records are kept for up to 72 hours so we can recover your draft if your tab closes or a payment is interrupted, then they are deleted automatically.

Refund requests are kept for 90 days so we can process them. They contain your payment email and the optional reason you provide on the refund form; they do not include the draft text.

AI processing

We send your input to Anthropic, which provides the model that generates the draft. Their handling of API input is governed by their own terms. We do not control what they do with the data they receive; please do not include anything you are not comfortable sharing with an AI service.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. We do receive a payment email and a payment identifier so we can match the payment to your draft and process refunds.

Tracking and analytics

We use a privacy-focused analytics tool to count high-level events (page views, preview generation, purchases). It is configured without session recording and without automatic capture of form contents. We do not use ad-tracking pixels.

We hash and rotate any IP address we use for rate limiting so it cannot be traced back to you across days.

Cookies

We use a small number of functional cookies and similar storage to keep your session working and to enforce rate limits. We do not use advertising cookies.
