Refund policy

If the full draft is not useful, request a refund within 72 hours of purchase using the refund form linked on your draft page and on your email receipt. No long explanation is required.

How to request a refund

Use the refund request form. You will need the payment email you used at checkout. You can optionally include a short reason — it is helpful but not required.

What happens after you submit

We process refunds manually while the service is new, usually within one to two business days. You will receive an email when the refund is issued. The refund goes back to the same card or payment method you used at checkout.

What we do not include in the refund record

The refund request stores your payment email, the optional reason you provide, and a reference to your purchase. It does not include the text of your draft.

Limits

The 72-hour window starts at the time of purchase. Refunds requested after 72 hours are not guaranteed but we will try to be reasonable; please reach out at support@eulogydraft.com if there is a special circumstance.
