Terms

EulogyDraft is a small utility that helps you turn your own notes into a respectful eulogy draft. By using it, you agree to the terms on this page.

The service

EulogyDraft takes the input you provide and uses an AI service to produce a first draft. The draft is intended as a starting point that you read, review, and edit before using it. The tool is not a substitute for grief support, legal advice, or any other professional service.

Pricing and what you get

One purchase is $29 (US dollars) and unlocks: one full eulogy draft based on your input, unlimited guided revisions during a 72-hour access window, and the ability to copy, download, or print the draft from your session. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Refunds

If the full draft is not useful, you may request a refund within 72 hours of purchase using the refund form linked on your draft page. See the refund policy for details.

Your responsibilities

You agree that you will:

AI output disclaimer

AI-generated text can be wrong. Models can produce factual errors, invent details, or phrase things in ways that do not sound like you. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the draft before using it. We make no warranty that the draft is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EulogyDraft is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 90 days.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated where reasonable.
